Student Presented With Certificate of Merit

Sterling Woodbury, President, Board of Directors of the San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District, presented Jordan Bixler with a Certificate of Merit at their regular Board meeting on July 2, 2003.

Jordan is in the 5th grade at Franklin Elementary School where he submitted a water quality science project, “Is Our Tap Water Healthy?”at the District Level Science Fair. Jordon took First Place at the District level, and moved on to take Fourth Place at the County-level RIMS Inland Science and Engineering Fair.
