District Announces New General Manager

The San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District is pleased to announce the hiring of our new General Manager, Lawrence "Larry" M. Libeu.

Mr Libeu comes to the Water Conservation District after a 23-year career at Eastern Municipal Water District, where he was the Director of Legistlative and Government Affairs. Larry brings with him a wealth
of knowledge and experience in the water industry that will help implement the Goals and Mission of the Water Conservation District.
