Notice of Application to Appropriate Water by Permit

On November 4, 2002 San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District filed application 31371 with the Sate Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), Division of Water Rights (Division) for a water right permit to divert water from Santa Ana River thence Pacific Ocean and from Mill Creek, tributary to Santa Ana River thence Pacific Ocean in San Bernardino County.
