Exchange Plan (Cooperative Water Project)

The San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District is the project manager for the Cooperative Water Project and provides a Daily Flow Report of all delivery points in the Exchange Plan System. The Daily Flow Report tracks the water in this system, providing valuable information to system operators, and is used in the preparation of the Big Bear Watermaster report and the District's Engineering Investigation Report of the Bunker Hill Basin.
